IPS, LLC dba TEAM Rehab and Wellness Center consists of a group of Board Certified Physicians that specialize in the area of Pain Management and Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy and Chiropractic Care. Our TEAM is dedicated to providing a comprehensive diagnosis and the highest quality treatment for disorders and injuries relating to the spine, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
