TEAM Rehab & Wellness Concussion Management Program includes a multidisciplinary TEAM of Board Certified Physicians, Physical Therapists, & Occupational Therapists, who diagnose & treat Mild, Moderate, Severe Open & Closed Traumatic Brain Injuries. Our Occupational Therapist is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist with advanced training in concussion management.
Concussions are traumatic brain injuries, that are caused by a blow, or jolt to the head or body, which jars or shakes the brain inside the skull.
Brain Injuries can occur during a fall, automobile accident, work injury, or recreational activity.
Concussions can’t be seen, but one or more symptoms can be noticed right after, days later, and even sometimes weeks after an injury.
